What is your shipping Policy?
Shipping via the cheapest route, using USPS and UPS. Shipping dates range from 1-7 business days, depending on distance, please note that production of your order takes 3-7 business days. Customers will receive tracking number via email as soon as their order has shipped.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Leone Gallery does not accept returns, all sales are final. If your purchase arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us for further instructions within 30 days after delivery to replace your prints. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. Someone from our office will contact you to see how we can help. There’s a 25% restocking fee that is applied for any order changed after placing it or cancelling.
